Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The course aim is practical application of theory knowledge in multi-channel formats in mixing music using ProTools.

Mode of study:

Independent work on a chosen prepared recording. On-going checking and consultations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Completion of „Basics of Mixing, AV Post-production 1 & 2, Multi-channel Music Mixing 1.“

Course contents:

Course content is work on an assigned sound exercise performed directly under the guidance of the instructor. Individual steps of the music recording exercise is arranged and mixed using a multi-channel music form so it is usable in an AV work. This expands practical habits and provides additional professional experience.

Specially prepared practice material is assigned for the task.
