Learning outcomes of the course unit:

To acquaint students of Prague arts schools focused on animated film and fine arts with the creations of the Zagreb School of Animation and the work of its foremost representative Borivoj Dovniković

Course contents:

Croatian director, artist and animator Borivoj Dovnikovć, is one of the founders of the so called „Zagreb School“ (1951), which in the second half of the 20th century became a renowned and respected idea. The artist, in his lectures focuses on the history and development of the „Zagreb School“ and in regards to this presents his wrok from the early beginnings to the present.
