The lectures are focused on the fundmentals of editing composition. The students will become acquainted with central axes, the function of a shot, unity of space, time and events, and compositional forms such as sharp editing through vivid examples of feature and animated films. In guided discussions the students will analyze film processes, which the writers use and are guided to forming questions about the intent of individual shots, sequences and the final version of a complete film.
