Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The goal of this entire week is to welcome students, learn more about them, introduce them to school on-line systems and other FAMU facilities and last not least introduce them to their colleagues.

Lectures, screenings, meetings and trainings, trips.

Course contents:

Introduction to CDM Program and important authorities/services; public transport tickets; etc., Prague walk; Registrar´s Office system training; introducing to FAMU Studio; „Prague Suburbs“ photographic task; first lectures and screenings on topic Czech New Wave; Czech lands excursion (the end of the week).

Assessment methods and criteria:

Participation on prepared events, fulfilling the photographic task, joining the excursion.
