The class consists of three basic exercise groups: technique and methodology of basic acrobatic jumps and postures, technique and methodology of basic fighting exercises, and the possibility of using this knowledge on the stage.
Safety, assisting, conditional contact and attention exercises.
During class the student will be introduced to basic acrobatics and its use on stage. The exercises are applied through work with various subjects, a partner, and various surroundings. Part of the class includes basic fighting exercises.
