Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Appropriate combinations of acrobatics, martial elements and clowning with an object with the adoption of additional difficult exercises.

Basic exercises on the trampoline and gymnastic equipment.

Mode of study:

Regular weekly instruction

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Completion of 703ADC1, 703ADC2.

Recommended optional programme components:

No elective requirements.

Course contents:

Basic acrobatics, eccentrics, fighting techniques continued from the first year program. Exercises applied to specific situations on a hard surface.

In acrobatics different types of neck spring, handsprings (with a push up) exercises, acrobatic exercises in pairs, and exercises with tools (poles, plates, chairs).
