Learning outcomes of the course unit:

1. To acquaint students with the training and education environment in which the Dance education activity will take place

2. To acquaint students with the development of the education system in our country

3. To acquaint students with the contemporary school system in the Czech Republic

4. To teach students the ability to gain a bearing in the laws and decrees influencing the Czech Education System

5. To teach students to join the contemporary education idea with the historic roots.

Mode of study:

Lecture, moderated discussion, discussion, exercise analysis, writings analysis, readings, instruction.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

1. General skills to gain a bearing in the study materials

2. Ability to independently deal with a range of problems in education topics

3. General knowledge of education in the extent of „Pedagogika 1“
