- Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Students master the linking of steps of selected dances. They securely master various regional steps.
- Mode of study:

Performance of presented dances. Individual variations and whole dances with their variants. Students develop their skills in a dance hall.
- Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Active participation in lessons. Creating variations of the steps and dances covered and their phrasing and variations. Creation of a model folkdance training lesson.

Technically challenging steps arranged into each lesson: In each instruction lesson are arranged difficult dance steps and special forms. Students learn to watch for errors in execution, find reasons for the errors and correct them. In mutual observation students learn to attend to differences in execution in different dancers. There is an effort to unify execution and guide it towards precision. Students improve their skills in execution of the assigned steps and step motifs.
Dance Steps: Lašský Mazur, Roveňačka, Zbojnická a Káčer, Rejdovák a Rejdovačka, Dratenik a Kozok, Kopaničářský čardáš, Starodávný, Zbujan, Pletený, Skočná: Students, continue to work on their dance notation and help each other learn this. Practicing the step motifs of individual dance is inescapable.
Step motifs: Mazurka three-step with presentation of a partner, Wallachian step with turning the girl around the man, Cval with changes in direction, two-reel with diagonal procession and before and with turning in pairs, Rejdováková Sousedska with changing places and walking under the arm, Polka Rejdovačka with changes in movement direction, with changing dancer places revese in jumps and entire turns, Polka with changes in opposite dancer place, Průplet in 4 dancers. heel-toe steps from the Kopaničářský Čardaš, turning the girl from side to side with jumps and the Wallachian step, split stop of the Starodavný, Lašská Polka in Rusavsky hold and turning pairs, large and small Vybíjaný, Small Vybíjaný in turning in pairs, various types of Průplet and weaving a girls procession and braind, Jumps in phrases and other steps, rhythmic squats and accompanying high arm movements in 1/2 turns and 1&1/2 turns.

This course is the completion and peak of „Folk Dance Technique.“ Students master the joining of step material of selected dances, and step material of various regions. The aim of the course is mastering selected dance at the highest level.
