The lecture should expand knowledge acquired in the courses Survey of the HIstory of Dance and Ballet and Survey of the History of Ballet in the Czech Lands focusing on component issues of dance of the first half of the 20th century.

A presentation linked to the study of iconography, selected original texts and samples of media recorded choreographic works.

Completion of ''Survey of the History of Dance and Ballet„ and “Survey of the History of Ballet in Bohemia" are required.

Participation in lectures, a paper on a selected artist, sitting the final test, oral exam. Overall grading is comprised of 25% for the paper, 25% for the test results and 50% for the oral exam.
The conditions for successfull completion of the course: competion and presentation of a paper, participation in lectures, sitting the test and oral exam.
