- Learning outcomes of the course unit:

1. Editing and post-production development of initial video recording is the basis of the course Videotechnology 2 (202VIT2). This is an introduction to PC editing software with non-linear video-editing where the videorecording is developed under the auspices of the Institute for Research and Study of Original Acting and the Dept. of Authorical Creativity and Pedagogy. This is the final completion of various „initial“ videorecordings in both the image and sound aspects.
2. This covers various videorecording media and their development.
3. For students who have not completed Videotechnology 1, it is possibly to provide basic information about the recording technology assemblies - presentation (which is the content of Videotechnology 1) considering the direct link to editing and archiving procedures.
- Mode of study:

Instruction takes place in the „Institute for Research and Study of Original Acting“ Laboratory at the Třžiště building through exercises. This is direct practice with a non-linear PC video-editor and accessories. This works with formats and AV media.

No requirements. General PC skills are an advantage but not a requirement to register.

Video recordings from various sources need to be processed into a „perceivable“ form. For this is editing equipment for image and sound adjustments. Part of this is also the technology for storing audio-visual content in various formats on various media.

2. Introduction to the software structure of editing programs
3. One's own work „in window“ on editing applications
