Awareness of proportion, weight, breath in one's body.
Body structure; active center, energy, „light“ in the breastbone.
Movement dynamics - tension, release - dynamic scale, (walk, run, tableau)
Posture - spatial body placement, feeling of horizontal, vertical
Spatial relationships, middle of a space. Entering a space, leaving a space
Tempo, tempo-rhythm, rhythmizing free tempo
sending and receiving movement impulses.
