The aim of this course is a systematic analysis of Czech and world dramas from roughly the last 10 years. Students will, under instructor's guidance, read plays and analyse them from a dramaturgical (and potentially directing) perspective. The aim is to develop reading analysis skills, interpretation of motivation structures, language tools, etc.
This course is practical in focus. Regular attendance and preparations at home are required. The outcome will be the decision to present one of the selected plays as reader\s theatre.
