Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Ability at internal, tangible imagining, ability to intone, mastery of breath support, sense of rhythm, understanding and using all kinds of resonance, ability to phrase logically, text analysis, mastery of all kinds of dramatic verse, creative intonation. Using the right body tension, voice and speech in space.

Mode of study:

Practical exercises employing voice, breathing and speaking techniques connected with movement in and perception of space.

Techniques of vocal and spoken address, standards of pronunciation, prose and verse, analysis and work with a text.

Assessment methods and criteria:

Criteria for recieving credit is the gradual practical demonstration of mastering the basics of breathing, vocal and articulation techniques considering the individual dispositions of the students and the personal approach to the intepretation of a simple text.

A condition for credit is 80% attendance at individual instruction and exercises.
