Learning outcomes of the course unit:

In these classes the relationship to the space object is consolidated and is a path to systematic work on oneself. These are the principles: Regularity, sufficient intensity considered in the physical and concetration investment. An understanding of the relationship of the mind-body method with the performers work. Learning, not only movement but other artistic techniques. Creation of the basic concept of the structure and function of one's body (creating one's concept of the body, one's performance in space).

Mental and physical fitness.

Course contents:

Syllabus: In classes the basics of movement techniques are practiced (for example: Dance Buto, Viewpoints by Anne Bogard, The Jose Limon Technique, Methodic links to theatre anthropology terminology (Eugenio Barba). The result is to be control of the body as an important instrument for the performer.
