In these classes the relationship of space to object is consolidated and the path to systematic work on oneself is built. The prinicples are: regularity, sufficient intensity, thought in the physical investment as well as concentration. An understanding of the relationship of the mind-body method of working with a performer. Mastering not only the movement but also other artistic techniques. Creating a basic concept of the structure and function of one's body (creating one's idea of the body. one containment in a space).

Syllabus: In classes, work on the basics of some movement techniques, ex: dance buto, Anne Bogart's viewpoints, Jose Limon Technique. Methodic links to theatre anthropology terminology (Eugenio Barba). The result is to be the perfect mastery of the body as an important tool for performer creations.
