Learning outcomes of the course unit:

In these classes the relationship of a space to an object is strengthened and a path is built towards systematic work on oneself. These are the principles: regularity, sufficient intensity, thought in physical investment as well as in concentration. An understanding of the relationship of the body-mind method with a performer's work. Adopting, not only movement, but other artistic techniques. Creating the fundamental concept of the structure and function of one's body (creating one's concept of the body, one's performance in a space.

Course contents:

Syllabus: In classes, work on the basics of some movement techniques, ex: dance buto, Anne Bogart's viewpoints, Jose Limon Technique. Methodic links to theatre anthropology terminology (Eugenio Barba). The result is to be the perfect mastery of the body as an important tool for performer creations.
