Comparison of traditional directing with directing in non-traditional spaces. A review of their common foundations and differences. Analysis and search for the particulars of a theatre project in non-traditional spaces. Issues of site-specific projects and performances. Relation of the actor-performer. Interaction of the stage component. Perception of a space as another component of a theatre structure.

Completion of 204NRM 2 Directing Potential in Non-traditional Spaces 2.
Sense of time and space, teamwork, creativity and disposition for working in non-traditional spaces and its linking to the context of a theatre work.
- Recommended optional programme components:

Attending the widest scope of activities (festivals, reviews, exhibitions and performances in non-traditional spaces). Participation in organized workshops, joining grant competitions. Preparations of one's project, either in the implementation or preparation phase.
- Course contents:

The particulars of theatre in non-traditional spaces. Investigating the relationships among, topic, subject, text and space. Review of the interaction of selected production tools. Investigating particular types of acting on the edges of traditional acting and performance. Perception of a space as inspiration and a component. Awarenes of the distinction of a non-traditional project in time, space, economically, in production and promotion accompanying activities as a part of the execution of a work of art. Variations in the relationship between social intervention and an art work and its review.
The experience in one's art projects will be assessed in teamwork for a particular topic area. An inseparable part is theory knowledge and continuity of this knowledge in the creation of the project.
Aspects of individual courses reflect each other and create potential for the resulting form.
