Learning outcomes of the course unit:

1.Students describe the principles of interactive/partipatory theatre in education.

2.Students define various forms of theatre in education.

3.Students are able to organize a collection of material for theatre education performance in the field.

4.Students guide their pupils in the proper dramaturgical structure building for the performance concept.

5.Students guide their pupils in the execution of a theature education performance.

Mode of study:

Lectures, field research, improvisation, discussions, setting a script, rehearsals, acting, directing post-performance activites or other educational processes.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

A knowledge of the inherent rules of dramaturgy and directing and the completion of the pedagogy element preparations.

Recommended optional programme components:

No prerequisites.

Course contents:

1. Interactive and particapatory theatre, theatre in education and its types.

2. The struecture of theatre in education events.

3. Methodology elements in the selection of performance material.

4. The aim and potential division of the education sequence for theatre in education events.

5. Research - generating topics and situations - dramaturgy - script
