Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Připravit adepta bakalářského studia na samostatné působení v procesech realizace divadla nebo na pokračování v magisterském stupni studia. Předmět připravuje studenta ke zvládnutí látky ze základů oboru, nutné nejen k úspěšnému vykonání závěrečných bakalářských zkoušek, vytvoření originální bakalářské diplomové práce, ale i k budoucímu samostatnému pohybu v rámci organizační a řídící práce v oblasti divadla.

Předmět navazuje na seminář základy divadelní produkce a divadelní produkce I, navazuje na informace ostatních pedagogů a v posledním semestru bakalářského studia přináší informace o divadelních stavbách, investiční výstavbě a divadelních budovách a jejich provozu. Zabývá se problematikou správy budov a otázkou, které služby v divadelním provozu zajistit formou outsourcingu. Seznamuje studenty s aplikací zákona 137/2006 Sb. o zadávaní veřejných zakázek, s použitím nástroje soutěže o návrh, vypsání vícekolové soutěže. Dále studenty seznámí s historickými i soudobými trendy v divadelní architektuře. Druhá část semináře bude zaměřena na vnitřní a vnější kontrolní činnost divadle. Zaměří se na způsoby auditu v divadlech. Po absolvování předmětu se studenti budou lépe orientovat v aplikaci zákona o veřejných zakázkách. Budou seznámeni se základy auditu a kontrolní činnosti.

Mode of study:

Instruction is in the form of a moderated dialogue between the instructor and the students. Discussions about the developing study material and assigned course work and an analysis of material used in different theatres. There are analyses of relevant establishments and their application to the theatre environment.

Course contents:

The main course of the BA study program. A block study in the final semester of the Bachelor's study in a continuation of the actual situation in Czech theatre. The course is devoted to external and internal supervision activities and eventual feedback The basic regulations for applying the Legislation on Public Tender for Theatre will be studied. Students will be introduced to the basic issues of financial development, using proposal competitions and issues of ownership and its protection.

Assessment methods and criteria:

Credits are awarded based on:

activity in the course

development and presentation of the semester work

completion of the final exam

During the semester, this course requires a study of the necessary material and active participation in the course which is a requirement for participation in the exam.

The exam is written and based on the number of required points follows an oral test. The overal evaluation is comprised of 40% of the assessed activity in the course, 30% from the written exam and 30% from the oral.

Conditions for successful completion of the course: active participation in the course, development and presentation of the semester work and completion of the final exam.
