Aim of the practical: A practical introduction to the basics of simple cinematic communication with an emphasis on the continuity of the shots, their size, composition and central connections.

Contact instruction in preparations, independent shooting.

Completion of the introductory course of „Focusing“ in Poněšice and at the Camera Dept. before the implementation exercise.

Students prepare a image screenplay of the following situations:
MEETING - two characters in an exterior
Students resolve simple situation:
Somewhere in a park (on the street, ?), two characters meet and a situation arises completed with a punchline.
This situation should be told in six to eight shots.
We recommend that each crew invite two people to be the characters for the shooting.
