Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The course is focused on studio instruction work with a model and lighting.

The instruction covers theory and practice aspects of issues focused on portrait and figure studies.

Course contents:

The exercise content is to introduce student with photographic studio practice:

Photographing the head as a spatial object, a figure, human figure and figure composition.

After a theory section the following instruction will be over photographic practices in the studio in the real sense of the word.

Grading:

Graded credit awarded based on evaluation of submitted exercises. The evaluation is of how the well the assignment was maintained, in quality and innovation in development.

A requirement for evaluation is an obligatory participation of a minimum of 60% of lectures at obligatory consultations established at the beginning of instruction and submission of agreed photos in digital TIF format of 300dpi resolution
