Learning outcomes of the course unit:

A collection of lectures by significant figures in the arts and culture linked with a presentation of their work and discussion. This broadens the professional and general view of the students and leads them to the creation of their own viewpoints and thought formulation.

This is a series of non-regular lectures by invited guests at the Photography Dept.

Assessment methods and criteria:

At the close of the semester the student submits an essay of at least two standard pages (3600 characters) evaluating any of the guest lectures. This is an analysis of the lecture and one's opinion and stance in an outline of the lecture.
