The aim of the course is to introduce Sound students with issues of AV sound dramaturgy and Sound technology in order to understand the function and effect of sound tools and the creative process.

The course combines commentary and film and video screenings to introduce students to the subject of sound in audiovisual works so that they are able to learn about sound dramaturgy and the technology of sound design and understand the significance and effect of sound devices and creative methods. Students should obtain more extensive knowledge essential to their professional skills.
