Course contents:

This module takes place within most important Central European event of its kind - International Documentary Film Festival in Jihlava (app. 110km out of Prague, website: dokument-festival.com).

Each registered participant of this module organized with co-operation with the festival (with limited number of participants) will receive accreditation Industry Student and will follow partly given program; partly follow screenings on his/her own selection. Each participant will be offered also cheap accommodation in Jihlava from 23th to 26th October 2014 (to be paid by participant).

Details on final locations of each event will be given by e-mail or by guest service in Jihlava.

Assessment methods and criteria:

CONTEMPORARY DOCUMENTARY TODAY

Except of the festival´s films of your own selection you are supposed to attend at least 6 events from the list of Industry events (available before the festival) and submit the paper with list of events attended and reflexive report of 3 pages of one of them.
