Learning outcomes of the course unit:

In the module students are acquainted with the basic knowledge of protocol and devices for streaming image and sound. Part of the module is examples of streaming using free applications and commercial services.

Stream, first of all, takes place on local networks on one of the testing Icecast servers which will be under the control of the instructor. It is possible on local networks to operate many types of streaming. Students are acquainted with many methods and characteristics of local networks.

Another step will be streaming on remote servers / services.

This course is intended for beginners. One's own laptop is an advantage. Operating system is not important.
