Practical use of learned exercises and their combination. Classes follow on previous program, emphasizing exercise technique.
In acrobatics are also exercised rolls through air, neck springs,handsprings, flips, somersaults, from the fighting exercises hits, covers, and kicks. Eccentric exercises applied as styled exercises (character, image, etc.)

b)Slow walkover forward and back.
c)Backward „inchworm“, crouch vault, and neck spring.
d) short etude using two acrobatic exercises.
