Individual selection of learned skills and their development into a movement etude.

Exercises from previous courses (703ADA1, 703ADA2, 703ADA3).

Recommended optional programme components:

No elective requirements.

Course contents:

Practical use of learned exercises and their combination. Classes follow on previous program, emphasizing exercise technique.

In acrobatics are also exercised rolls through air, neck springs,handsprings, flips, somersaults, from the fighting exercises hits, covers, and kicks. Eccentric exercises applied as styled exercises (character, image, etc.)

a) handspring with head support.

b)Slow walkover forward and back.

c)Backward „inchworm“, crouch vault, and neck spring.

d) short etude using two acrobatic exercises.
