Learning outcomes of the course unit:

A combination of basic skills, their appropriate individual selection and practice of more difficult exercises.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Knowledge covered of the basic elements from instruction of 703KH 1 and 2.

Recommended optional programme components:

No elective requirements.

Course contents:

Program of coordination exercises focused on acrobatics, fighting exercises, and eccentrics, applied to various environments, working with a subject, and a partner.

Safety methodology, contact, conditioning, relax, and compensational exercises.

Acrobatics - combination of rolls, jumps, skips.

Fighting exercises - exercises in pairs and groups (pushing, falls, and flipping).

Eccentrics - combination of exercises on a hard surface, break.
