Taijiquan
1. The training is focused on relieving the adverse physical efffects of stress on the body and mind.
2. Meditative excercises cultivating the focus and calmness are aimed at maintaining optimum health (in the sense of relieving stress and maintaining homeostasis).
3. The ability to use taiji as a form of self-defence is a test of understanding this art.

Taijiquan (also transcribed as tchai t'i čcuan,tai chi chuan, etc.) is a traditional Chinese art which through calm, slow and relaxed movements balances an organism's life energies, in other words, create and maintains natural health. Taijiquan as a relaxation exercise is ideal for people with simple mental and physical problems. It removes tenseness, reinforces the central nervous system, develops concentration, quickens reflexes, creates discipline, builds patience, endurance and other aspects of human character creating an opportunity for the overal; cultivation of the body, mind and soul.
Curriculum:
1. Exercises for removing physical and mental stress
2. Meditation exercises
3. Self-defense exercises
Aikido - except for hits and throw stopping the opponent horizontally, vertically and diagonally, circular, spherical and spiral movements around the sides of the defender. Instruction covers basic movements (tai-sabaki) and falls (ukemi), technique itself in stance (tači-waza) and kneeling (suwari-waza) and working with traditional weapons (knife-tanto, sword-bokken, stick-džo).
