- Learning outcomes of the course unit:

1. To introduce, using simple exercises and movement tests, the status of one's movement system in relation to professional stresses.
2. To learn the movement system function principles.
3. To influence individual muscle disbalance using relaxation and stabilization exercises.
4. To assemble one's preventative - compensational collection of exercises.
5. Relaxation technique exercises.

- Course contents:

Exercises which include relaxing and stablization exercises enabling students to recognize the function of their own movement system and its troubles. Based on these principles the results may be influenced in professional problems of this system. The exercises may be used for the prevention of future problems in the muscle-joints system.

3. Exercises for relaxing hyperactive and overloaded muscle groups
4. Exercises for linking non-fuctional and weakened muslce groups
5. Influencing breathing functions
6. Understanding the function of the movement system adequate for its use.
