1. To introduce the Pilates methods so the principles become a part of one's lifestyle.
2. Connecting not only physical but also mental energies to achieve effective and balanced movement in various activities in everyday life.
3. Acquisition of an awareness of the abilities of one's body and with regular training, achieving gradual improvement.

1. Philosophy of the Pilates method
2. Adopting exercise principles
3. Exercising individual movements and their execution at a qualitative but not quantative level.
4. Adopting a basic routine and its exceptional execution
5. According to ability, mastering advanced exercise routines.

A condition of successfull completion of the course is 80% attendance in exercises.
