Learning outcomes of the course unit:

1) Introduction to the potential of direct connecting of movment inspired by Feldenkrais method principles and elements of Voice Training.

2) Cultivating the quality of the internal grasp of the development of functional movement and voice.

3) Co-creation of new physical-mental structures through experimentation, review and checking.

Mode of study:

Exercises, discussions,verbal and written reviews.

Course contents:

The course aim is the renewal and development of the body and voice. Through enlivening of the kinesthetic perception and particular body and vocal imagination we learn to join the skeleton, muscle and emotions, breath and voice. There is individual identifying and exploring their mutual spatial and temporal contexts, and CNS stimulation to automate new patterns in a functional form.

1) Cultivating the mental-physical condition through an approach in which the voice and movement are directly connected.

Credit is awarded based on: 80% attendance, participation during group exercises, verbal and written review skills.
