In these classes the relationship of space to the subject is consolidated and a path is forged to systematic work on oneself. These are the principles: regularity, sufficient intensity, well-thought in physical investment and concentration. An understanding of the relationship of mind-body methods with the work of a performer. Learning, not only movement, but also other artistic techniques. Creation of the basic concepts of the structure and function of one's body (creation of one's concept of the body, one's performance in a space).

Syllabus: Classes are used to work with the basics of some movement techniques, ex: buto, Anne Bogart: Viewpoints, Jose Limon technique, methodic connections to the theatre anthropology vocabulary (Eugenio Barba). The result is to be a mastery of the body as an important instrument for the performer.
