Students are introduced to issues in arranging large music events, particularly in the areas of security for the audience and organizers, modern technological trends and standards and event production.

Instructor's presentation supplemented by guest lecturers - experts in the issues. Part of instruction will be an excursion to the backstage area of performances by world-known musicians.
