Learning outcomes of the course unit:

An understanding of what influences and forms professional management today and in the future. What theory (proved in practice) directives may be relied upon in order to freely and conscientiously manage.

An understanding of what we are doing when we communicate and why we think the way we do.

What is expected of managers today.

History of practical management.

The main idea is: On a background of theory to prepare students for the transition from the high school routine to higher education, independently and responsibly in thought, deed, rise and evaluation. To spur consideration of what they want, how to achieve it and what is needed.
