This course is focused on skills for successful management of people, negotiation skills and conflict resolution. Considering the individual approach to each group the instruction aims may vary slightly.
The expected result of the course is, for example, better meeting results (more advantageous parameters of agreements) and - considering the course intentions towards the comprehensive satisfaction of the participants - greater agreement stability (less efforts to change or stop agreements).
The course, also, guides students in the skills to well-define issues (and no resolve alternative, un-resolvable or ambiguous issues), to analyse them (understand the causes and other contexts and define criteria for successfull resolution) and use reasonable techniques for generating potential solutions, their classification and assessment and finally the decision of how to implement.
- Mode of study:
-
This is a two-day intensive class. The majority of the program is role play, discussions about the experience, summary of discussions supplemented with relevant theory. Emphasis is placed on individual feedback for the participants. The course is interspersed with examples and case studies in which the participants may try selected methods.

- Course contents:
-
Each course is adapted to the study group and their requirements. The course is devoted to the following topics:
- communication
- negotiation
- resolving conflict / issues
- managing people
- guiding people
- decision
- motivation
This course offers basic rules for conflict resolution, facilitating the learning of individual styles of negotiation and protection against negotiation tricks. It helps in key areas of negotiating such as information collection techniques, interest and power analysis, alternative scenarios, procedure selection in difficult situations or strategy selection in unclear conditions.
As well, the course covers how the basic examples of human relationship behaviours arise - adversary, cooperation, dedication, destruction and passivity - and how, when needed, to bring these to the light of day or prevent their rise and spread.
The course naturally leads to considerations of company culture, manners of people and performance assessments or selection of people management styles in relation to the nature of the manager, subordinates, completion of tasks and company culture.
Another part of the program covers two key conditions for well-coordinated teamwork - communicating aims and paths and diversity of people and roles - and monitors minor miracles in the synergy, events, whose presence make a group a real team.
