1. Exercises are focused on the mitigation of adverse influences of stress on the body and mind.
2. Medtation exercises cultivating focus and overall calm are aimed at maintaining optimal health (in the sense of mitigating stress and maintaining homeostasis).
3. Ability to use Tai-chi as a form of self-defense in a test of the understanding of this art.

- Course contents:

The traditional Chinese art taijiquan helps to promote efficiency and harmony of body and mind. It brings about calmness, relieves stress and aims at maintaining of optimal health.
