The course task is to master fundamental issues in choral interpretation in relation to the requirements of modern creative methods and the acquisition of experience in working with a choir.

Study and conducting Renaissance (Palestrina, Lasso, Vittoria) and Romance (Mendelssohn, Schumann, Brahms) compositions and selections in Czech literature (Dvořák: Moravian Duets, In Nature´s Realm, Foerster:„Oblačný Ptak“), appropriate for a chamber choir. Study and conducting of challenging choral compositions with a view to serious contemporary music (Eben, Lukáš, etc.)
