Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The course aim is to manage issues in various procedures in the study of cantatas and oratorios in practice, show differences in the study of vocal-instrumental pieces and learn, in detail selected compositions in these areas.

Course contents:

Study and conducting of selected compositions at the piano.

J.Haydn Creation,

A.Dvořák Stabat Mater, Requiem,

J.Brahms, German Requiem,

L.Janáček Glagolská mše, Věčné evangelium

and others.

Assessment methods and criteria:

Analysis and listening to selected compositions. Credit.
