Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The aim of the course is a study of the fundamental Czech and world opera at the piano, management of performance and conducting issues (analysis of opera as a music-drama form), working with voices, instrumentation and choral lines, style, tempo among others)

Course contents:

Study of selected opera works from the 18th to 20th centuries and their conducting from the piano.

Analysis and conducting selected composition from the piano. Credit.
