Methods of working with a choir, working with individual music sections and the whole. The musical and singing training of the choir.
Sound balance in vocal groups. Intonation challenges in choir studies, musical alacrity, reading a page.
Tempo, phrasing, dynamic and agogics issues in choir performance. Placement of the choir.
Physiological, phonetic and acoustics issues in vocals, natural and tempered tuning.
Polyphonic moulding in directing voices, color and clarity of chords.
Intructions for analyzing choir scores (horizontal and vertical perception).
Special gestures in choir and orchestra conducting.
