Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The course aim is to introduce students to the Pilates method, in particular its use in dance in the training of future dance artists.

Knowledge of various dance techniques.

Course contents:

Important figures in Contemporary dance and choreography are invited to the course. Students are introduced to new trends in contemporary dance and the teaching of those new styles.
