- Learning outcomes of the course unit:

An actor needs a functional, movable and properly breathing body which is aware and sensitive. The body of the actor must sensitively change in order to become the bearer of a wide variety of ideas, feelings and impulses. The result of joga therapy is to develop and cultivate this sensitivity which is a requirement of the art of acting.

A requirement for achieving the proper effect of joga therapy is regular practice.
- Course contents:

For acting students joga therapy practice is especially appropriate and useful. It sets the proper muscle tone throughout the body and proper posture which are necessary for actors. Maintaining a balanced tone and proper breathing are learned. This helps increase the extent of movement and develops body perception sensitivity.

For the award of credit regular attentance of exercises is necessary in order for the material to be mastered in the proper sequence. The progress of students will be judged indiviudally, based on their abilities.
