Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Continuation of basic knoweldge in the history of clothing acquired in the bachelor's study further developed to addtional topics.

Mode of study:

Lecture, discussion, analysis.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

General knowledge of the history of Western clothing.

Course contents:

Expanding awareness of the history of clothing from antiquity to the present. Issues in the development of clothing and fashion in the second half of the 20th century. Influency of totalitarian regimes on the form of the industry.
