Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Acquisition of theory and practice knowledge in aforementioned lighting systems.

Mode of study:

Presentation in lectures in DISK theatre lighting workshops. Execution of set lighting in the Barrandov Studio and samples of celebrated lightings of architecture in Prague.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Basic knowledge of theatre space stage design and structures in architecture.

Course contents:

Basics of lighting technology with a focus on lighting systems in theatre, film, television and architecture.
