Learning outcomes of the course unit:

1.Expert training of actors for theatrical ensembles.

2.Care for the culture of the voice and the word.

3.Fostering of singing skills and proper habits.

4.Cultivation of musical feeling and perception.

5.Developing of sense of melody, rhythm and harmony.

6. Sight-singing.

Mode of study:

Instruction is done by contact (individual lesson hours).

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

The condition for registering for the course: Successful sitting of the exam at the end of the second semester (204ZPV2).

Course contents:

Curriculum:

1. Gradually increase the difficulty of breathing exercises from previous semesters

2. Combine breathing exercises with simple body exercises.

3. Vocal exercises with an octave range

4.Repertoire-folk songs, easy songs from plays.

Each solo singing teacher chooses breathing and voice exercises and adapts them to the individual needs and abilities of students.

This also applies to the repertoire sung.

Syllabus:

Increasing the difficulty of breathing exercises taking into account the individual student, exercises on one tone at a slow tempo.

The melodies of vocal exercises from previous semesters are replaced or enhanced.

Melodic ornamentation and preparatory exercises (taking into account the individual student).
