- Students are able to select work methods with consideration of age and developmental characteristics of the children.
- Students consciously select a strategy and type of lesson in individual phases of their work.
- Students are able to reflect upon their own experience, select alternative paths, resolve problematic situations, actively work in target structures.
- Students demonstrate ability to create different types of lessons for a theatre ensemble with consideration of the inherent rules and special characteristics of creative theatre.

Curriculum:
- Methodic work in relationship to psychological development of the children.
- Strategies and types of lessons.
- Working on the stage form or other types of long-term projets with a children's ensemble.
- Independent progress of the students and the reflection upon and evaluation of it.
Syllabus:
In the first part of the course (first semester) the students will deal with methodic work from the viewpoint of developmental psychology. Confirmation of theory will accompany samples of lessons for particular age groups of children and samples of theatre performances of the considered age group. In the second part of the course the students will be introduced to various lessons with various aims (preparatory exercises, searching for a topic, working on characters, use of improvisation and drama plays). The third seminar will be devoted to long-term continued work on a particular topic from the selection of the subject matter, to the search for content, topics, situations while moving towards the final product.
