Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Easily finding support for the lower limbs on the path to inverted postions (head down, legs up) with ground and partner support based on the knowledge of physical biomechanics from „Movement Training Methodology“.

- Movement skills acquires in Movement Training with methodology.

- Creativity.

- Courage.

Course contents:

- Perception of personal center

- Center-periphery communications.

- Palm support: working on the floor, in low and medium positions.

- The path to inverted positions in low and medium positions.

- Use of hand support in standing inverted positions.

- Development of inverted postions in a space.

- Development of inverted postions in working with a partner.
