Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Vyhodnotit použitelnost a přínos projektového řízení a jeho nástrojů. Co příště (u jiných projektů) jinak a proč?

Seznámení s dalšími, více profesionálními nástroji ? Business case a plan.

Rozvoj dovedností prodeje. Jaký je proces prodeje (nabídky). Jak tvořit a vést prodejní rozhovor. Jak se prezentovat.

Mode of study:

This is an all-day block course. The students learn what is important for further work in the Critical theory basics course. Practical examples are built on this. The instructor or the students present these. It is evaluated during the course whether all the students understand the pre-set context and if the course is beneficial.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Absolving the seminar Project management 2 is a necessary precondition.

Course contents:

-Business case.

-Business plan.

-Project management.

-Meetings and their management.

-Moderating.

-Change management (Change documentation,discrepancies, etc.).

-Project assessment methods (Paret analyis, etc.).

Credit is awarded for fulfilling the following criteria:

- participation in 20 of the 24 scheduled classes,

- topical essay: How I can be a real manager. 2-5 standard pages, due by 30.11.,

- one's own tools for managing a project, 2-5 standard pages or a example from practice, due by 30.11.
