Consider one-self and one's performance in negotiations. How to naturally set discussion conditions between two people such that it will lead to contract compliance and proceed benignly (without compromise). When can one manage people and teams? Know oneself and potential as soon as possible. Guide this to a concept/strategy and negotiate with others. Then comes managment itself.
To learn how to transmit one's ideas such that others will have interest in them as well - the art of presentation.
Adopt basic scientific research methods - base one's knowledge on processed which exclude subjective and purposeful visions of learning.
IMPORTANT IS: to know oneself and beneficially change one's habits - sometimes they can be come bad habits. Learn how to work with time - what influences our time availability? Know how to develop a concept/strategy and present it to the team. Learn how to work with methods which guide one to knowledge may be applied to additional research and new knowledge.

Interactive workshop in which students, guided by the instructor, collaborate in the resolution of problem situations, find possible manners of resolution and create their own theory and philosophy.
Part of instruction may be by guests, experienced managers or entrepreneurs.
Instruction is based on coaching and mentoring principles. Instruction is based on the needs (aims) of the students and is adapted to them so they may use real experience in their practice. New manners of resolving problems, tasks and challenges are investigated.

Students, at registration, accept the obligation of participation in workshop form and content.

- Course contents:

The key focus of instruction is entreprenurial intentions, the project vision, manner of execution, financing and market approach, that is to the custome. Instruction is quite interactive and is adapted to the potential and needs of the students.
Interactive workshops on strategy. Strategic reasoning, working with strategy; creation and development. The particulars of arts managment and theatre.
The course is freely linked to the Leadership course, whose completion is not required. The module is intended, primarily, for those students who have ambitions to manage projects, institutions or freelance.
Students, in case studies, learn strategic reasoning and use the strategy for fulfilling their goals. The work with strategy as a tool which enables them to read long-term goals and visions. Students learn the advantages and disadvantages of individual strategic concepts and tools and build their understanding of how to select the appropriate strategy. Students distinguish between operative and strategic management and learn to harmonize these. Students learn new strategic management tools, Canvas, Lean, Agile, etc. Student get inspiration from visit by interesting guests.

- Assessment methods and criteria:

Credit is awarded based on: attendance, workshop activity, completion of semestral paper and its presentation at the final workshop.
During the semester independent reading and workshop participation is required. Each participant must contribute at lease one of their own case studies (idea or entreprenurial intention, problem situation in curent projects, etc.).
Mandatory requirement for completing the course: personal participation in at least 80% of the class hours. If this condition is not fulfilled, credit will not be awarded.
