Course contents:

Screenings of Czech silent documentary films from 1898-1930 for understanding the development of film language, cinematic directorial, editing and image processes of Czech film pioneers. This is intended, particularly for students with an interest in film history with supplementary lectures.

Screenings will take place on Fridays from 13:00-17:00.
